Sounds yummy! But, I want to know where the photo of the final dish is? It's not on either page. Or, is my cr*p connection keeping me from viewing it? I am able to see the little photo of the tomatoe though. I love shrimp, so I wouldn't omit it. :)
Your connection is fine in this case, Giulia--it's my camera that's dead :(
Luckily, I have some other photos stored on my computer that I can post for a little while, but none for WCW unfortunately.
They'll probably have to send away my camera to be fixed, which I'm thinking will take months, so I may end up getting a new camera in the meantime...when I can afford it :(

Oh, that's right, you had mentioned about your camera not working. I'm sorry, I didn't mean to bring up sad thoughts by pointing out there was no photo of the dish. I just wasn't thinking.
You know what you could do though? Maybe you can set up one of those donation link thingies in your sidebar? You can call it the "donate towards Michelle's new digital camera so that you can see all of the amazing things this Calabrian chick can offer" fund! Hey, ya never know. ;)

this week's recipe will help me take full advantage of the shrimp - they are perfect right now :)

JennDZ, thanks, although I can't take credit for it; if you click on it, you'll go to the site where it's from (and, interestingly enough, a recipe for tomato, mozzarella, and cucumber salad with pan seared halibut--mmmm!).
Scarlett, now follow closely here. The Italian word for chef is "chef" but with an Italian accent. Seriously! The first time I heard P say it, I thought he was just joking, but nope. OK, you can also say "capocuoco" but "chef" with an Italian accent is too cute to *not* use, IMHO.
I guess I'd be a bella brava chef then. But I like being a patron saint too...I'm torn....

Yum! (Or as my brother JP would say: yummers!) I like zucchini - it's something exotic here in the Philippines. I hope I can try this recipe soon (no picture?). "What's Cooking Wednesday" is great. :)
Tarie, goodness zucchini are just everywhere here--in fact I get kind of sick of them by the end of the summer. Kind of ;)
No photo this time because my camera is broken, but I'm hoping to rectify the situation as soon as possible. I miss it so :(
